Stem swag did my wedding flowers. They were PERFECT. They did an awesome job making sure I explain what I want, we chose every single flower that went in my bouquet and on my tables, and couldn’t have asked for anything different. I recommend

I wanted to take a moment to leave a review because great customer service feels so rare these days, and this flower shop completely restored my faith in what exceptional service looks like. Ordering flowers from across the country can be stressful, especially knowing how hot Arizona is, but they went above and beyond. They created a beautiful bouquet, listened carefully to every detail I wanted, and even made sure the card said exactly what I had in mind. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every text and phone call was answered promptly, and they made the entire process so easy and personal. It was truly a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to stop by the next time I’m in town. I’ll definitely continue ordering flowers from them for my friends and family. Thank you all so much for your kindness, professionalism, and incredible customer service!

Working with Sabrina was perfect! She was very helpful and nice throughout the ordering process for the floral arrangement for a funeral service. Ordered from Stem Swag before will definitely order again if in need for flowers.

There were delays in receiving updates, multiple rounds of clarification needed to correct details in the creative deck, and some confusion around pricing changes that caused unnecessary stress during wedding planning. While issues were eventually resolved, it often took persistence and outside coordination from our vendor (Stonebridge Manor) to get there. On the wedding day itself, the stems on both the bridal bouquet and bridesmaids’ bouquets were much longer than we expected and had to be cut down by our photographer before photos, which was an unexpected detail to manage in the moment. We also felt limited in the level of collaboration and transparency when it came to the floral selections, which made it harder to feel fully confident in the proc
